ABOUT CHANNEL TUBES

Brett Tubin is a NYC based recording engineer/mixer, producer, and musician. With over 20 years experience in music and record production, he is known for his studio work with The Far East, Uzimon, Milton Henry, JonnyGo Figure and Rocker-T among others.  

Tubin has worked alongside and in conjunction with talented producers such as Victor Axelrod, Thomas 'TNT' Brenneck, Victor Rice, Glen Adams, Lloyd 'Bullwackie" Barnes, Glen Brown, Joe Ferry and King Django for various labels.

Live you can catch him backing Jamaican legends such as Johnny Osbourne with the Full Watts Band.  Or on festival stages across the world with Dancehall Legend UZIMON.  For the past 3 years he has been an integral member of Anant Pradhan and Larry McDonald's Nyahbinghi Collective.

For most sessions these days Brett works out of The Relic Room, a beautiful 1500 Sq foot hybrid recording studio  located in the Chelsea/Flat Iron area of Manhattan.   The studio has an impressive mic, outboard, instrument and preamp selection.  With tape machines as well as a Pro-Tools HD system, the studio can tackle any need you may have.

Mix projects are done at Brett's Brooklyn home studio on an API console into Burl Converters.
